When the thunder rolls or the front door closes, a lot of dogs look for somewhere to settle. This calming dog bed gives them that spot: a thick layer of long, shaggy plush to sink into, a soft rolled bolster along the back to lean against and rest a chin on, and short bolsters at each side.
Lay it flat on the floor, or drape it over their end of the couch like a sofa pad so the front flap covers the seat. Either way, it becomes a spot that's theirs. The dotted non-slip base helps it stay put. Toss on a worn t-shirt of yours to make it smell like home. Many dogs claim it within a day. Some take a little longer.

Sizing: S fits dogs up to 25 lb, M up to 45 lb, L up to 70 lb. Measurements are approximate, since plush and bolsters vary a little. Measure your dog lying stretched out, nose to tail. Between sizes? Go one up, and if it's not right, size exchanges are free.

Wrong size? We exchange it at no cost to you. Damaged or defective? Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it, no return needed. Other returns: 30 days, items in clean, resellable condition. Full refund policy.

Ships from our US warehouse partner with tracking. Every bed ships free. Lick and feast mats ship separately from their US makers, and their shipping (usually about $9) is shown at checkout. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. We ship to US addresses only.
Sizing help
Measure your dog lying stretched out, nose to tail. Between sizes? Go one up. Not sure? Email us your dog's weight and breed and we'll recommend a size. Wrong size? We exchange it for free. Using it on the couch? Measure the seat too. We'll post exact bed measurements as soon as we've measured our own sample.
Will it stay on my couch?
The dotted non-slip base helps it stay put. Lay it on their end of the seat with the rolled bolster against the back cushion, and let the front flap drape over the seat edge so the cushion underneath stays covered. It works just as well flat on the floor.
Can I wash it? Will it go flat?
Honest answer: we're testing our own sample in a home washer before we post washing steps, and we won't call it machine washable until we have. Until then, email us and we'll tell you how to care for it. If it arrives damaged or flat, we replace or refund it, no return needed.
How is this different from a donut bed?
A donut bed is a round nest your dog curls into. This is a flat, shaggy pad with a soft rolled bolster along the back. It suits dogs who like to stretch out, lean against something, or rest their chin on an edge, and it can go on their end of the couch, right next to you. If your dog always sleeps in a tight curl, a donut may suit them better.
What makes it calming?
Nothing magic. Many dogs settle faster with a soft spot that's theirs, something to lean against, and their person nearby. The deep plush gives them something to sink into, the bolster gives them an edge to press against, and the couch keeps them close to you. Some dogs claim it in a day; some take longer.
