Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs. Free shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95. Our lick and feast mats ship separately, straight from their US makers, and their shipping cost is shown at checkout.

When your order ships. Orders ship from our US warehouse partner. We aim to send every order within 2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as it's on the way.

Delivery times. Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Holiday periods can add delay, so for fireworks nights like July 4 and New Year's Eve, we post an "order by" date on our site.
