Will this actually work for my dog?
We'll be honest: no product works for every dog. Many dogs settle faster when they have a safe spot of their own and a calming job like licking, because that's something dogs naturally do to soothe themselves. If it doesn't help yours, you can return it within 30 days.
Will it arrive in time for fireworks night?
Orders ship from a US warehouse. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Before July 4 and New Year's Eve we post an "order by" date at the top of the site.
What size should I get?
For beds, measure your dog lying stretched out, nose to the base of the tail, and check their weight against the size chart. If they're between sizes, go one up. Wrong size? We'll exchange it for free.
Is this a real store? Can I reach a person?

My dog destroys everything. Will this survive?
Our beds are made for everyday resting, not for chewing. Lick mats are meant to be used while you're nearby. Take them away if your dog starts chewing instead of licking.
Should I talk to my vet instead?
If your dog's fear is severe, yes, please do. Our products are comfort gear, not medicine. They work alongside whatever your vet recommends.

Care instructions are on each product page and on the product's care label. Follow those so your dog's things stay soft and fresh.
