Will this work for my dog?
No product works for every dog, and we won't pretend otherwise. Many dogs settle faster with a safe spot and a calming job. If yours doesn't, you have 30 days to send it back.
Will it arrive before the fireworks?
Orders ship from a US warehouse with tracking. You'll see the estimated delivery time at checkout. Before July 4 and New Year's Eve we post an order-by date at the top of the site.
What size should I get?
Measure your dog lying stretched out, nose to tail. Between sizes? Go one up. Not sure? Email us your dog's weight and breed and we'll recommend a size. Wrong size? We exchange it for free.
How much is shipping?
Every bed ships free. Lick and feast mats ship separately from their US makers, and their shipping (usually about $9) is shown at checkout.
Can I wash it?
We're confirming exact washing steps with our supplier and will add them to the product page. Until then, email us and we'll tell you how to care for it.
Should I ask my vet first?
