The first few minutes after you leave are often the hardest part of a dog's day alone. Licking is one of the ways dogs settle themselves, so we make it easy: lick mats you can fill, freeze, and hand over on your way out.

Start using them while you're home, so they become a treat and not a goodbye signal. They're made for supervised use. If your dog's distress is severe, a vet or certified behavior consultant is the right next step.
